What kind of items do you consign?

We consign gently used home furnishings and accessories that are of current style and interest to our customers. We accept couches, dining room tables, chairs, desks, patio furniture, artwork, home accessories and more. We recommend to shop our floor room store to get a sense of the types of items we consign.

Do I need an appointment before bringing in items?

Due to recent health and safety requirements, we are scheduling drop offs to allow for proper sanitation of items prior to be placed on our showroom floor.

When do you accept furniture?

We accept furniture Wednesday-Saturday 10:30am - 4:00pm and Sunday 12:30-3:00pm currently by appointment only.

How long is the consignment period/contract?

The full consignment period is 120 days. After 45 days, merchandise will take a 20% reduction. Merchandise not sold after 90 days will receive an additional 20% reduction.

What happens to my items at the end of the consignment period/contract?

In the rare event an item has not sold after 120 days, it will be reduced at the discretion of Consignment Furnishings or donated to a local charity.

Can I pick up my unsold items if I choose?

Absolutely! It is the consignor’s responsibility to contact Consignment Furnishings at the end of the 120 day contract if he/she wishes to pick up the items.

How much money will I make on consigned items?

Consignment Furnishings pays the consignor 50% of each item sold.

When may I collect money due to me?

Consignment Furnishings will issue and mail checks for items sold within 30 days of the sale of each item. Checks are issued at the beginning of each month.

How many items may I consign with you?

The amount of items we accept depends on the capacity of our showroom floor. As our inventory fluctuates daily, please call to inquire about inventory levels and email photos of the items you wish to consign.

How do I bring items in for consideration?

Simply take pictures of your item and send us an email. Upon confirmation that we can consign your items, we will schedule a time for drop off.

Is there a minimum amount of time I have to leave my items?

Yes, for the full 120 days of the contract. However, if a consignor wishes to remove their item(s) before the 120 days end, the consignor will be required to pay 30% of the original price to Consignment Furnishings.

Do you offer pickup or delivery services?

Yes! We offer local pick up and delivery. Please speak with us directly for scheduling.
